Decked camping:

Sites for pop-up tents, each complemented with individual spacious wooden decks and screens for privacy.

There are 9 campsites, each with a wooden deck and screen, lights, electrical and USB points, braai pit and grid, a bench, table and seating with water and scullery. Each site looks onto indigenous forest, providing many opportunities for bird watching. Communal ablution facilities are available. There is a communal fridge, and a play area/jungle gym for kids (no children to be left unsupervised).  

  • Sites B5 and B7 – sleep, 4 people
  • Sites B1-B9 – sleep 6 people

No trailer tents, camping trailers, or 4×4 trailers are currently allowed in the wooded campsites (campsite B).

No caravans are allowed in this area. 

Campsite A:

This campsite accommodates campervans and caravans strategically located near our lovely pool and recreational area.

There are five basic campsites available (A1-A5), each with its PowerPoint, USB port, water point, and braai facility. Communal ablution facilities are available with a communal scullery (communal fridge located here).

The campsite also has a play area/jungle gym for supervised entertainment for children.

*Eco-logs, charcoal, and fire lighters are sold at reception for your convenience. Guest to bring along their own Braai Grid.

Glamping:

The five glamping tents are structured and pitched on decks separate from the main campsite. Glamping sites are 2 metres apart from each other and screened off by a wooden fence divider. Each tent is fully furnished for maximum comfort and convenience.

Shop on-site: No

Bedrooms: One double bed in one room and a single bed with a single pull out bed (max 70kg) in the other room. A camper bed is available on request in the case of 2 adults in the 2nd room. Also in the 2nd room is a couch for relaxing. Bedding and towels are supplied. 

Firepit with grill: To prevent the spread of the invasive Shothole Borer Beetle, we do not allow firewood at our reserves. However, we offer eco-logs, charcoal, and firelighters for purchase at our reception.

Braai facilities: Each tent has its own fire pit on the deck.

Ablutions: Flush toilets (toilet paper provided) and roofless hot showers (Red Alder, Stinkwood and Seqouia) and two closed showers (Boekenhout & Yellowwood). Kitchen: fridge, microwave, and induction stove. Toaster, kettle, cutlery and crockery.

Amenities: Bedding and towels provided.

Disabled access: Yes, Red Alder only
