The building work was meticulously planned using green building technology. For the interior décor of the units, CapeNature partnered with the Craft and Design Institute (CDI). CapeNature was looking for a unique, stylish and South African edge to their new units, driven by a desire to support and acknowledge the creativity that we have within South Africa.

The CDI, with its large database of talented local manufacturers, was the perfect fit to realise this ambition. This project not only directly supports local manufacturers but also, and very importantly, acts as a platform to showcase their work in beautiful spaces to a larger market, thus giving exposure to the SMMEs included in this project.
